Machine Evaluation

Upon processing completion, you may bring your machine in for service during posted store hours.  Please bring in your order number and receipt when dropping off your machine.  We would also appreciate the following items to be brought in with your machine: Bobbin and Bobbin Case, Foot Control, Power Cord, and a zigzag foot on the machine. You will also need to bring the embroidery unit, a hoop, and the embroidery presser foot if you need service in the embroidery settings of your machine.
