Mechanical Machine Lesson
You will learn sewing machine operation, maintenance, threading, utility sewing techniques, included accessory feet and optional accessory feet.
Please bring to class:
- Your machine with all of the accessory feet, foot control, power cord and Owner's Manual
- 1 pair of scissors or thread snips
- 4 pieces of NEW 8" x 8" dark solid color cotton fabric - please do not bring old fabrics like sheets, linens, etc.
- 1 spool of white cotton thread (for the needle and bobbin)
- 1 piece of 8" x 8" tear-away stabilizer (you may purchase at Roberts before class if you do not have this)
- Size 80 Universal sewing needle for your machine
- A notebook and pen may be helpful to take notes
