Bamboo Table Runner
Teacher: Sharon Johnson
Date: Thursdays, April 11 and 18
Time: 6pm-8pm
"Oh, just a sliver please." Add fresh, striking
dimension and texture to quilts with a sliver
piecing technique. It's easier than it looks, so
make your quilts really snap with colorful fabric
splinters. Learn how to get perfect points or
super slim strips without fusing or paper piecing.

Perfect Patchwork Sampler Quilt

This year
we are doing a sampler quilt featuring Marti
Mitchell's Perfect Patchwork templates which will help
us progress through the year. Each month the block
will progress from easier to complex, but the monthly
directions and cutting instructions (along with the
demo/lecture) will help you complete this wonderful
sampler quilt.

Using Nancy Zieman's book
Sewing A to Z,
you will learn satin and blanket stitch appliqué,
blind hem, regular and corded buttonholes, sewing
buttons on by machine, decorative stitching, and how
to put in centered, lapped and exposed zippers.

3D Pinwheels Placemats/Table Runner

Time: 10am-4pm
Come learn a new way
to quilt! Cotton Theory quilting is a patented "Quilt
First-Then Assemble" method that allows you to quilt
pieces individually and easily assemble them into
lovely reversible quilts. Join us as we make 3D
Pinwheels into your choice of placemats or a table
runner. Techniques learned can be used to make full
size quilts or other fun projects for your home.

Workshop-Embroidery Extra

Come explore
the 5D Embroidery Extra's edit capabilities. We will
learn to add color changes, move stitches, and grab
just what you want. We will also explore making your
design from clipart.

Do you want
to take your HV Diamond or Diamond deluxe to
the next level? If so, let's see what else your
machine will do! Play with directional stitches,
perfect placement and tapering.

Shifting Stripes Mat

strips and lots of color, this quilted floor mat comes
out eye-popping. Add in the appliqued circles to hide

to make log cabin blocks that will have you sewing up
a quilt top in no time. Using Sharyn Craig's
easy-to-learn technique you will turn out blocks
quickly. Sew as many blocks as you like for a wall
hanging, baby quilt, or even a bed size quilt. Bet you
